These terms govern your use of Redline. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the app and delete your account.
Do not interact with your phone while driving. Start a trip before you set off and stop it after you have parked.
Redline displays information about driving. It does not assist with driving, and nothing in it should be treated as guidance about how to drive. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully, including observing speed limits and traffic laws.
Do not use Redline to encourage or record illegal driving on public roads. The app deliberately has no global leaderboard precisely so that it does not create an incentive to drive dangerously in order to rank against strangers. Performance features such as the sprint timer are intended for use on private land, a closed circuit, or a legal test venue.
You accept full responsibility for how you drive. We accept no liability for any accident, injury, damage, fine or prosecution arising from your driving.
Redline measures using the sensors in a consumer phone. Those sensors have real limits, and we would rather state them than imply a precision we do not have:

They estimate power at the wheels, are not a dyno measurement, and will read below a manufacturer's crank figure.
Do not rely on Redline where accuracy matters — for legal, insurance, competitive or safety purposes. Figures are provided as-is for your own interest.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account is for one person. An account may be signed in on a limited number of installations at once; signing in on a new device may sign out the oldest. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used to abuse the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Your trips, labels, group names and vehicle details remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them to you and, where you have chosen to join a group, to that group's members.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content or accounts that do.
Redline's core function — recording drives, seeing their basic statistics, and competing with friends — is free and we intend to keep it that way.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play at the price shown before purchase, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time through Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten a period you have already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves, though we will help where we can.
If your subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. Paid features simply stop being available, and your older trips become visible again if you resubscribe.
We may change prices or what each tier includes. Existing subscribers will be told before a price change affects them.
We aim to keep Redline working but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. We may suspend the service for maintenance.
Trips are saved to your device first and uploaded afterwards, so a temporary outage should not lose a drive. It is not a backup service, and we do not guarantee against data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from your use of or reliance on the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Cypriot or EU law.
You may stop using Redline at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use Redline after a change means you accept the updated terms.
